Professional with over 20 years’ experience in the structuring of millions of dollars of debt and capital for corporations and investment Projects in various economic sectors throughout Latin America, especially in Peru, Mexico, Chile and Brasil, working alongside world class top tier financial institutions. Previously served as commercial Manager for AASACI participating in the development and delivery of millions of dollars in Airport, Hospital and Institutional infrastructure projects in Peru, Chile, Brasil and Paraguay.

GONZALO AMEZAGA - VICE - DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Professional with a vast experience with over 18 years managing Infrastructure and Investment project development in Peru and various countries in Latin America as Operations Manager with AASACI, participating in the development of Aeronautical, Hospital and Institutional infrastructure in Peru, Chile and Brasil.

Previously he has also served as Logistics Manager with Corporacion Peruana de Aeropuertos y Aviacion Civil (CORPAC) and General Manager with Asia Golf Club. Currently he is Member of the Board of Graña y Montero Ingenieria.

ALESSANDRO COLITTO – EXECUTIVE ADVISOR

Professional with over 25 years experience in international corporate finance and investment banking, originating, structuring and placing billions of dollars in loans, mezzanine debt, equity raising and mergers and acquisitions throughout the Americas and Southern Europe, providing advisory and assistance to multiple lenders, issuers, project developers and investors.

Previosuly he was Loan Director for FirstBank, partner of CIMA Capital Partners, Executive Director at INTL FCStone ( a global listed Fortune 60 firm), Co-founder of Biscayne Bay Group (the advisory company that structured Infonavit’s $1 billion securitization program in Mexico), Director of International Securitization at Bank of Montreal -BMO (Canada’s prime banking institution) and Director of Capital Markets at Petróleos Mexicanos (PEMEX - Mexico’s oil company).

RAUL DEL SOLAR – EXECUTIVE ADVISOR

Specialist in portfolio management, institutional consulting, and offshore trust planning. He began his 25 year career at Vestcorp Partners in 1990 and since then held different advisory positions with firms like The Americas Trust Bank, Prudential Securities and UBS International where he originated and established business relationship with foreign finder that generated over US$150 million in new assets to UBS International. Responsible for supporting IB business within UBS International (opening accounts, portfolio allocation and trading execution to more than 200 accounts). Mr. Del Solar served also as independent Financial Advisor with Delta Equity and was the President of Brick Investment Advisors, where he was responsible for the investment strategy and business development of the company. BIA provided investment advisory and family office services to a high net worth clientele in Peru, Chile and Argentina.
